With small insult of students, lecture was started. Sir said that in the time of 20-22 years we haven't learn anything then how one can learn something within 8 hours??

Almost all of us had stage fear but did we ever try to find out the reason of that fear ???

 Answer of that is when we had given our first performance on the stage and made a mistake then other people had laughed on us and that event made a fear of the stage. Our mind had made a conclusion that on this place, on making any mistake, people will laugh at me and that's why our stage fear increased.

Other reason for stage fear is we don't have any other fear which has more serious impact then the stage fear.

Why our concentration is weak??? Because we concentrate on other thing which is not as much important. In childhood we play Kancha, marble at that time with the distance of 5 to 6 feet we concentrate only on one target marble, but what about in today's situation. We are not giving priority so we are least concerned.

Sir gave an example of Albert Einstein : If there is a situation where a man is passing from the street and one dog is there, whether man will afraid of dog or not ?? A little bit of yes. But when in that street lion is also there then what will be the first thought in the mind of man ?? It will ohhh thank GOD dog is here so that probability of him to be eaten by lion is half. This is how people think and react in different situations.

Darwin rule - when there is a need only then you will grow. Why Giraffe's neck is too long ?? Because food for that animal is on height and that's why it's neck is long.

What is a win-win situation ??

It is not the situation where both parties win but it is the mental situation where both parties think they win but actually both of them compromising something for something.

To get command over language start 'vomiting' the words of that language. In the situation when we doesn't have any control over our stomach, exactly the same way, speak as much you can in that particular language and let your thoughts come out in the form of the words of that language only.

After all this things,but without any activity/task, the best day in GMCS ended.
